Cancellation Policy

At Top Appliance Repair, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

• Confirmation Required: It’s important to receive a confirmation of your cancellation, including the time and date. If you’re canceling after our regular business hours, please leave a detailed message with your name, address, and original appointment time.

• Same-Day Appointments: For appointments booked on the same day, we require a minimum of 4 hours’ notice for cancellations.

If the above cancellation procedures are not followed, a service call fee will apply:

• $100 + HST for electrical appliances
• $150 + HST for gas appliances

This fee covers the technician’s time and travel expenses. Payment is due within 24 hours of the original appointment time.
